Automotive paint

Automotive exterior metal parts / exterior paint (including base material compatibility for bumpers, mirrors, etc.)

Automotive exterior components (such as metal roof racks, trim strips, fuel tank caps, and parts of traditional bumper skeletons) are long-term exposed to extreme weather conditions and road flying stones. Our exterior metal component coatings use a high-strength epoxy primer combined with a highly weather-resistant polyurethane topcoat system. Special adhesion-promoting undercoats have been developed for aluminum alloys, steel, and various electroplated surfaces, effectively solving coating compatibility issues across different substrate materials.

Product Applications and Characteristics

The product features excellent resistance to stone impact, scratches, and corrosion from bird droppings and insect remains. It has passed xenon lamp accelerated aging tests, ensuring a light retention rate of ≥90% under outdoor conditions of strong UV radiation and temperature-humidity variations. Additionally, it offers high-gloss, matte, and special texture finishes to meet designers’ needs for appearances such as bright black, chrome-plated imitation electroplating, or frosted textures, achieving a long-lasting balance between decorative appeal and protective performance.
