Soundproof paint
This product uses high-molecular polymer (such as acrylic resin) as the film-forming substance and adds high-damping functional fillers. After the coating cures, it forms a highly viscoelastic elastic layer on the substrate surface. When the equipment vibrates, friction and internal dissipation between molecular chains within the coating convert vibrational mechanical energy into thermal energy, which is then dissipated, thereby reducing structural radiated noise. The paint contains uniformly distributed nano-porous structure materials (such as hollow microspheres, aerogels, etc.), forming a large number of micro-pores and channels. When sound waves are incident, they undergo repeated refraction and friction within the micro-pores, leading to gradual attenuation and absorption of sound energy.
Product Applications and Characteristics
Interior walls of motor compartments, air duct casings, or bases of blenders, range hoods, hair dryers, and other motorized appliances

Safety and Certification
The product has obtained authoritative certifications such as the U.S. FDA, EU, French DGCCRF, and German LFGB. The company collaborates with authoritative third-party testing institutions like TUV and SGS to conduct various professional food safety tests regularly each year.
